By submitting an application to The CPD Collective, the provider confirms that all information, documentation, and supporting evidence supplied is accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith.
Accreditation decisions are made based on the evidence presented at the time of review and against the published standards of The CPD Collective. Accreditation may be granted, declined, suspended, or withdrawn where standards are not met or maintained.
Providers must not misuse the CPD Collective name, seal, register listing, or accreditation references, and must not imply approval beyond the scope of the courses or period authorised.
Fees, where charged, are considered non-refundable once substantive review work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The CPD Collective reserves the right to request updated evidence, conduct renewal reviews, amend standards, and remove public register entries where accreditation has expired or been withdrawn.
